FINALLY!
This series has dominated my reading life for a while now. I was so excited when this finally hit my kindle. The back and forth of AJ and Evan has the angst needing reader in me on ALERT!
It’s been almost a year since I read The Theory of Unrequited and I have enjoyed the ride, immensely.
Len Webster is a beautiful writer, she has the ability to keep the feels front and center throughout the entire book and series. The past and present, the back and the forth of these two and their lives were all-encompassing while reading. It’s been years for these two, one at Duke and one at Stanford. AJ needing to follow her dreams is the ongoing path for her, she has hit a few roadblocks but there is always Evan to help her navigate her way.
These two may have you screaming and throwing your kindle at times, at times I wanted to scream at the two of them, making assumptions as to what the other would want/need. Often assuming the opposite of what is best. But that’s what makes an angsty read is all about.
