Another great romantic read by Aurora Rose Reynolds (ARR)! Until Talon has everything I love about the Until Series; hot, sexy alpha males, intelligent females, chemistry and lots of steam. A fun & sexy read! No one can put a smile on your face like ARR. Boom!
Until Talon is the second generation of the Until series ~ Until Him/Until Her. In the first generation we learn about the famous “boom!” A moment where the Mayson men meet their “forever” girl and just feel it…. the boom! The men are hot, sexy, thoughtful, & possessive alphas. I can’t believe there are nine books already! Nico was definitely one of my favorite Mayson men of the first generation! Talon is Nico’s son ((sighs)) and this is his “Boom!”
Until Talon contains all of the delightful and funny shenanigans that we have come to love and includes cameos from our favorite characters.
“Well shit.” “Well shit what?” Bax asks, confusion apparent in his tone. “I’ll explain it to you,” Uncle Cash says. “All I’m gonna say is…Boom.” Uncle Asher laughs.
Talon is focused on building his business. Family is everything to him. He is alpha and fun. He meets Mia and “Boom!” But Mia has not had the same upbringing as Talon and her trust is hard to gain. The connection and chemistry is there but Mia is afraid. She is also strong and stubborn. Talon is persistent and patient in his pursuit. They have very sexy times with lots of chemistry. Of course there is the twist and some drama but it flows through bringing us to our HEA!
The only thing I would have like more of would have been Talon’s background. We know he is Nico & Sophie’s son but I thought they had adopted him as well as some of his siblings. But, no worries! There was still plenty of Mayson story to go around! Lots of interaction between cousins, aunts and uncles. And as always, Until Talon can be read as a stand-alone in this connected series. Aurora Rose-Reynolds writes some of my favorite go-to for a pick-me-up books. A great poolside read!
