I am not gonna lie – I didn’t read the blurb for this book. I have just recently begun reading Marni Mann’s books (Even If It Hurts, When Ashes Fall and Before You are my latest Marni Mann reads) and if you haven’t read them – you need to. She writes with such emotion that I have grown to love)…but this book is a little different. Yes, there is a great story in this book- 2 characters that you grow to love but holy moly Marni Mann…this is a super spicy read! (Not complaining) but I was a bit taken back once I began reading because it just wasn’t what I was expecting (not complaining!). Dominick and Kendall are just a one-night stand…right?? WRONG. This one-night stand turns into a life-changing moment, for both of them. Thrown into the limelight by way of reality TV, Kendall is embroiled in scandal quickly and Dominick is there to save the day…but he’s not just her lawyer – there is so much more between these two. The scandal is perfect for the LA scene and Marni Mann surely had me blushing while reading!! HOT HOT HOT!
