This book’s title is so on point it’s not even funny! I am a 51-year-old woman who has felt the things that the main character has felt and the kinship I felt with Elsie was oftentimes scary! I am a happily married woman (almost 25 years) but I wouldn’t mind the attention of a 30-year-old, hot, sweet, smart, and funny guy like Kael. But remember – my life and Elsie’s are similar but different! This book is about an awakening of one’s self and learning more about yourself, your wants, your needs, your desires than what is expected of you!
Jewel E Ann once again grabs you from the first chapter and keeps your held tight until the last words are written. Her characters are fantastic, good people at the core. Jewel E Ann exposes some hard truths with her characters but they are necessary truths to help them become better people and I once again, LOVED LOVED LOVED a book by her!
