Release Blitz & Review ~~ Epic Sins by Trudy Stiles
Can they conquer the sins that are poised to destroy them, or will they become an Epic Fail?
Epic Sins is the first book of the Epic Fail series, a spinoff of The Forever Family series.
Reading The Forever Family series is not required as these are all spin-off/standalone novels, but it may enhance your experience.
After reading Trudy Stile’s Forever Family Series and completely loving them, my anticipation for Epics Sins was huge! I could not wait to get my hands on this book. After having totally consumed it, I must shout out my love for Trudy…. I love you lady! You make my heart sing and my spirit soar. I am blown away by not only your talent, but by your consummate heart! Only someone with an overflowing heart can write about the subjects that you do. You always get under my skin and make me feel… How do you do it each and every time?
“Love finds you when you least expect it.”
Epic Sins is a journey about two people, Garrett and Samantha, whose lives are completely different. Yet both have shocking pasts, that have shaped their futures. They are thrown together in a situation that will devastate your heart… As they pilot there way through uncharted waters, hitting bumps along the way, they begin to mature and grow. Eliciting certain feelings towards each other, but in order to move forward they need to face their demons and their pasts. Their plight and love left me feeling nothing, but pure adoration and respect for these characters……
“You’ve given me everything I thought I’d never want or have. You changed me. You’ve made me want to erase all of the sins in my past and be worthy of you.”
Reading a Trudy Stiles book is an experience… Her fluidic style keeps you turning the pages with her methodical pace. Her stories always have a significance and are conceptually thought out. You can tell she researches her topics and scrutinizes every detail. She not only enlightens her readers, but she educates them. She always has her readers not only thinking, but relating to her stories. She writes with compassion and empathy. Always turning tragedies into triumphs….
I also enjoyed getting to know Garrett’s band members… Dax, Heath and Tristan. They are all very different, but it works for them. I’m am very intrigued with what lies beneath this surface…. Bring it Trudy!! Looks like this will be another amazing series.
Louisa’s 4 Star Review
I have been a Trudy Stiles fan since her first book. And she has not disappointed me yet. She is always giving us a piece of her life and heart when she writes. She is honest with her words and feelings.
This book will give you a different perspective on raising children, with and without special needs. This child has been thrusted upon Garrett and he is unsure on how to handle it. The care of Kai has been entrusted to Sam, a NICU nurse who is unsure of her calling after and sudden suspense at work. The planets were aligned and their paths cross. If two people in this world were meant to meet, it’s these two.
Sam isn’t too impressed with Garrett. Yes, he’s the lead singer in an internationally know rock band, Epic Fail he’s wanted by women everywhere, but she is seeing the other side of him and well, to be honest, she is not dazzled one bit!
The story is told in dual POV and goes from present to past…we are getting the whole story, the ins and outs of what makes Garrett – Garrett and why Sam is who she is today…just a brilliant story.
Their lives are interwoven on so many levels and Trudy’s writing has captured their need for each other, both physically and emotionally. But there is no big red bow on top, their bond will be tested and often broken, but will this end with and “Epic Fail”
