So a review from a reader who has only read but a few M/M, but I have read LOTS of Lauren Blakely so when I saw this was coming I thought to myself “maybe it’s time to read some M/M”…AND I am so glad I “took the chance” and read this book.
I am so NOT uncomfortable with gay/lesbian romance, I am a big believer in LOVE IS LOVE. But I guess maybe I had a prejudice about reading about it and I am so glad I have thrown that prejudice right out the window because HOLY FREAKING MOLY – this book had everything I want in a romance book.
Two sweet and sexy guys just looking to have fun who find that there is so much more to it than just sex. This book had some sexy AF scenes, don’t get me wrong, Lauren Blakely may have written her first M/M but I think there was some serious research done before writing those scenes. They were hot and sexy and intimate. There was so much to Fitz & Dean’s love story. A few bumps in the road but this book just hit it out of the park for me!
The multiple epilogues did this girl’s heart a lot of good. I am an epilogue whore and I just kept getting more and more as I turned the pages…perfect!
