As I have said before this series is so different from other Max Monroe books but that’s a good thing.

Fox, the 3rd installment in this series was a game changer for me. The back and forth of Stone had me frustrated, the suspense of Cold had me on the edge of my seat and Fox had me crying and swooning and loving the conclusion of these two.

I can’t say why Levi is the way he is in book 3 because it will spoil the book but he’s exactly the man I knew he could be. He’s there for Ivy when she most needs him. He’s the strong, caring man we knew was beneath all his sadness. He’s with Ivy in her darkest of days and helps her heal, just as she did in the first two book. Their story came full circle and it’s was such a great ride.

I think Max Monroe has become known for their funny, silly, slapstick humor in books, but have shown themselves to be versatile writers with this series and I look forward to more like Stone Cold Fox.

We see a hint of humor at times from Ivy and Levi and some serious swoony moments that made me smile!
