Years ago Miller Archer met Claire, they had a bit of a ruse going on – fake girlfriend for a family wedding, etc…it didn’t end well.
Years later they reconnect, and Miller is still harboring feelings for Claire. These two will make you laugh. I loved Claire’s sense of humor, and she has no problem giving Miller back a little of what he gives and honestly – he’s not used to that in a woman!
Something Like Hate is beautifully written, as I find all Claudia Burgoa books are.
Something like Hate is an excellent mix of a slow burn, enemies to friends to lovers, and a little second chance romance mixed all together. I read this book in one sitting.
