If you expect hearts and flowers… you’re in the wrong place. Malum takes us into a world of darkness, twisting your mind like it’s never been done. I’m still trying to wrap my head around it. I have been left speechless. You get sucked right back into this world of the kings, lost boys, silver swan and who’s taking the throne at Perdita.
There’s a secret society no one has touched until the Silver Swan. If you haven’t read the previous books, you could become lost.
Nate and Tillie had a torrid affair. They are extremely toxic. Until one thing pulled them together. Tillie has held her own when it comes to the Elite who charm with their charisma. Which is just a facade in my opinion because these men have a dark side that will scare anyone. They aren’t afraid to shed blood of their enemies. This is about Nate and Tillie’s journey into a world that no one can understand. Tillie is a strong heroine, she will stand to take her throne and bring everyone down in the process. Such sinister games have been played. Some sexy moments as well. There’s no mending anyone’s heart after this.
Amo has really blown me away… she took me to a place I never saw coming. She has created a world that sucks the life out of you. Be afraid of the devil in disguise.

Well, I’ll be damned! Malum is my first Amo Jones book and she did not disappoint! What kind of twisted, depraved world did I just climb out of?? I loved all its darkness and fantasy! The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is because I was under the assumption this was a new series and I didn’t need to read anything prior. Wrong! I should have read, The Elite Kings series first. Malum is apparently book 4… I was so confused at times. There were Kings, Swans, a place called Perdita… It took me a bit to put it all together. With that being said, I still really enjoyed Malum. It is so different and fed into my darkside.
Nate Riverside-Malum and Tillie Stuprum obviously had a torrid past and some sort of insane bond, but Malum was not about their defective love story. It’s perverse and convoluted tale of kings, princesses, deceit, and power. It had my head spinning. Without even reading the other books, I quickly learned not everything is as it seems and there is danger lurking everywhere with no one to trust!
Poor Tillie her world was turned upside down and shattered throughout, but this girl is a fighter. Nothing kept her down for long. She is one kickass heroine. Smart and tenacious. I was rooting for her the entire time. In a world that is run by evil men, Tillie continued to hold her own.
I can not wait to see what comes next for Tillie, Nate, and The Kings….
