The moment I started reading I could feel the desperationand loneliness these two characters were feeling. Jennifer didn’t hold back on the emotions that are felt in a marriage that is so lost. How can one recover, or can they come back from the loss? It’s very powerful, full of anguish, raw, and gritty. With every page turned you feel pain, anger, the confusion with these two and their miscommunication.. There are so many real issues between Shay and her husband. They face off with the deep issues that have them calling it quits, or can the grow has a couple and rekindle their marriage?

Marriages isn’t easy, it’s work. They embark on a journey to find themselves, to see if their love is strong enough to move forward. Shay has so many insecurities. She was so annoying I wanted to shake her at times. She’s weak, but you will see growth. Shay needs to find happiness in herself before she can build her marriage back. Did fate that brought her to this point?

Brandon is a selfish asshole. He figures since he provides for his family, he’s the man of the house and can do what he wants and not answer to anyone.. He should be a bachelor not a husband, but when faced with the most difficult battle of his life, he’ll needs to find out what’s the most important, or it could be too late.

Because is filled with so much emotions have tissues ready. tThe connection with the characters is written in a way that will keep you turning the pages. I loved every minute of this book. It’s so emotional. The struggles a marriage goes through, their heartache, and their blessings who doesn’t deserve them.
