#Review ~~ Mafia Casanova by M. Robinson & Rachel VanDyken
Louisa’s 4.5 Blush Review
I have been an M. Robinson fan from her first series, VIP. I have been a loyal fan through it all. El Diablo is one of my all-time favorite books. I have dabbled in some Rachel Van Dyken books too and have loved them all.
I knew these two badasses were going to deliver. People, myself included, have referred to M Robinson as the Queen of Angst and some have referred to Rachel Van Dyken as the Queen of Mafia – so taking these 2 Queens and putting them together to write a book was pure and utter genius.
Told in dual POV – Romeo and Eden. They grew up in the mafia world, friends, almost family. But there is something between these two – something that’s undeniable. Romeo can pretend there is nothing happening between him and Eden but we all know the truth. The angst, the back and forth between these two was EPIC.
Two different writers who have written a book so seamlessly is not an easy task in my opinion but M Robison and Rachel VanDyken have done just that with Mafia Casanova. I look forward to more from these two!
The tangled web of mafia life.
We grew up together. Me, Eden, my brother Tristian.
He was always the safe bet, the sure thing, the good guy.
And me? Well, I was the Casanova, the killer who flirted with anyone and anything, breaking Eden’s heart again and again.
We both loved her.
Tristian was safer.
Could give her the life I never would be able to.
But things changed.
My only goal was to protect her, making her hate me in return. Except once my brother wasn’t standing between us anymore, I decided…
It was my turn to claim what had always been MINE to begin with.
