Review ~~ Chased by Love by Melissa Foster
Chased by Love: Trish Ryder (The Ryders #3)
Sex, booze, women, and music pretty much sum up Boone Stryker’s private world. He’s coasted through life playing by his own rules with plenty of people willing to cover his tracks, and he’s not likely to change—until he meets a woman who refuses to give him the time of day, much less anything more.
Sparks fly from the first moment Trish and Boone meet—Tensions run hot and desire runs hotter when they’re trapped together on a remote location with no place to hide. Will sparks ignite, or will a hurricane douse the flames?

This is my first book by Melissa Foster and I think I need to go back to the beginning and meet all these brothers and sisters!!
I love to read a book that just makes me smile. Have you ever just read a book and said “wow, I loved it.” This book made me smile while reading. There was a little push and pull between Trish and Boone, nothing that makes you want to throw your kindle, but enough that you couldn’t wait for the sparks to fly when they finally did admit, they would be good for each other.
Boone – the quintessential rock star – or what he’s had everyone believing he is; the drinking, partying, womanizing rock star has been cast in the next blockbuster movie. He’s been cast as the leading man to the biggest A-lister, Trish Ryder. Many think she’s a goody-two-shoes but she has a little crush on Boone from the moment she hears he’s on board with the movie. She’s on her way to becoming an Oscar winner and she’s so excited to work with Boone (well – he’s a gorgeous rock star, who wouldn’t). There is only one problem…she is way to attracted to him AND he’s not committed to the movie like she is.
After a rough start, they are “punished” and sent to West Virginia for 10 days where it’s Trish’s job to get Boone ready for shooting.
With a few days to themselves, they learn to open up, chill out and find out they just might be the one for each other. The one to complete them, the one to help each other heal.
I loved to see these two grow as a couple and interact with each other’s families. Just a perfect summer read that will leave you with a smile on your face!
