This was my first “1001 Dark Nights” novella. I loved it! I can’t believe that I haven’t read any of the others! No Reservations is a novella based off of her hit restaurant series Fusion. She has certainly packed this story full of dream and steam!

The Fusion series centers around five friends who open a trendy, sexy restaurant called Seduction. Each one has their own talent or expertise that they bring with them.

Kat is the wine & beverage manager who falls for Mac, who happens to be in the wine business. This story is about Mac’s brother, Chase. And Kat’s friend, Maura.

Chase and Maura are set up as a blind date by Kat & Mac. Things heat up when they see each other. Maura had attended one of Chase’s wine classes. The sexual tension is there, right from the beginning. Hot hot hot!

Chase and Maura dance around the fact that they are both commitment phobes. Chase is a known player. Maura is a strong, independent woman who has “needs”. They realize that they have a lot in common besides incredible chemistry and hot sexy times.
