Once again, not surprisingly, Jewel E. Ann wrote a book that captivated me within moments of starting. There is so much more to this story than just Fisher and Reese’s relationship. Fisher Mann is so complex on one side and a simple man on the other. Reese has some baggage, growing up without her mother from 13-18 years old, the formidable years for a young girl, losing her father, and being brought up by her very religious grandparents are just a few of her “bags”.
