Each and every time I read a Mia Sheridan book, I walk away feeling like I just received a gift. Truly magical. Her stories are always about a unique kind of love. They are also inspirational with depth and meaning. They make your heart full and your spirit soar. Each one of her books has very special characters. In this one, we have Evie and Leo. Each illuminates so much light and both have beautiful souls. It’s a story about finding true love in the most unfortunate circumstances. Two kids dealt a bad hand in life… They have been through it all but it doesn’t break them. If there were ever two people who are soulmates… It is Leo and Evie. They are the definition of what soul mates are…..
This is there journey…. It goes back and forth between past and present. It’s like reading two books at once… one sweet and the other sexy. Getting two for the price of one!
This is one of those book that is difficult to review for fear of giving anything away. So I won’t go much more into the story but I will tell you about my favorite character, Evie. After having a horrid childhood and being placed in foster care, you would think she would be jaded or self destructive. Only she is the opposite. Selfless, caring. strong and brave. Never letting life beat her down and always making the best of any situation. She appreciates everything in her life because she knows what its like to go without. Anyone who knows her is blessed to have her in their lives. She should be an inspiration to us all.
Leo is Mia’s first book. It’s not as mature or as long as her others. But it does have all the wonderful attributes of a seasoned Mia book. Lots of romance, sexiness, love and twists! You need to experience Leo and Evie…… Humm I think Becoming Caulder is next! I can’t seem to get enough from Mia!
OMG I LOVED this one! I read it when it first came out and I thought “Is this a fluke?” “Why do I love this book so much?” Well, it obviously wasn’t a fluke, and like you said, Mia just keeps getting better and better. My Favorite of hers so far is Archer’s Voice but I have loved all of her novels.

OMG I LOVED this one! I read it when it first came out and I thought “Is this a fluke?” “Why do I love this book so much?” Well, it obviously wasn’t a fluke, and like you said, Mia just keeps getting better and better. My Favorite of hers so far is Archer’s Voice but I have loved all of her novels.
