#LiveNow!! Dear Jane by Kendall Ryan
I broke her heart ten years ago and left town.
She hates me, and rightly so. It doesn’t matter that the rest of the country loves me, that I’m a starting quarterback with a multimillion-dollar contract. Because when I look in the mirror, all I see is a failure who was too young—and too afraid—to fight for what I wanted.
But I’m not that guy anymore, and all I need is one shot to convince her.
He has no idea what happened after he left. And now I’m supposed to work alongside him like we don’t have this huge, messy history?
But I’m older now, wiser, and I won’t let anything stand in my way of doing a good job for this league. Not even one overpaid, arrogant player who thinks we’re going to kiss and make up.
News flash, buddy: I am over you.
Kerry’s 4 Blush Review
Sometimes a nice, sweet contemporary romance is just what I need. That’s just what I got with Kendall Ryan’s latest story, Dear Jane.
Weston and Jane have tons of history. Weston Chase’s dream was to play professional football. In college, he was cocky, but driven. The last thing he wanted was a girlfriend.
Jane Royce is a scorned woman, so one can only imagine what possibly goes wrong after seeing Weston for the first time in 10 years. Jane has a great job and is well respected by her team. Weston can’t believe how beautiful Jane is as a woman. Can he make it right? Jane tries to never mix business with pleasure, but she’s having a hard time resisting the hot football player who’s back.
This is a hot and steamy sports romance. I was hooked from the beginning, and it was a great change a pace for me. It was emotional, had some drama, but it was sweet. It really showed what true love is. She had fabulous and developed characters. Kendall Ryan is new to me, and I’m glad I took a chance on Dear Jane.
