I finished this book in a day, I could not put the book down that is how good it was! I was smiling 90% of the book. The relationship between Ollie and Silas was to die for I could not get enough of them. This hockey romance was perfect.
Ollie had so much spunk and sass to her she really made you love her. And as for Silas he was sweet, charming, and vulnerable. Between the two of them and their banter together I couldn’t get enough of it I would catch myself laughing a lot while reading this book.
Watching their relationship go from a business agreement to a full on relationship was amazing. The highs and the lows in this book were executed so good. I loved seeing Ollie get everything she ever wanted and Silas getting everything he deserved. This book will for sure be added to the list of recommendations I give to friends.

This was my first Vancouver Agitators book, and I’m hooked! I think what I love the most about Meghan Quinn is that you can generally read most of her books out of order and they still make sense. They still flow well. The cross-over characters are still properly introduced. And they all leave you with wanting to finish the series even if out of order!
Ollie and Silas are no exception. I loved everything about this couple. The sassy, confident heroine that’s 10 years his junior. And the heartbroken hockey hunk that learns to trust again. The banter is hysterical, as usual; and what started out as a business deal, turns into much more.
I also loved the crossover cameos from some of Meghan’s other stories as well. I can’t wait to read more from this series!
This whole fake dating thing might actually be good. We could use each other when needed without the pressure of having to…you know…be all couple-y.
