#Review #YA #Fantasy #FiveBlushReview ~ The Caged Queen by Kristen Ciccarelli

Rating: THE CAGED QUEEN ALEX’S 5 BLUSH REVIEW   As much as I enjoyed The Last Namsara, I LOVED The Caged Queen.  I could not put this book down and read the majority of it in a day. Not only did it give insight into Asha’s fate after  The Last Namsara, but it continued the story of other characters in the book.  Roa and Dax had such an interesting relationship, and I enjoyed reading about their history. While this book had less dragons and a different kind of magic from The Last Namsara, both were still present and there was the...

#Review #YA #Fantasy ~~ The Last Namsara by Kristen Ciccarelli

The Last Namsara (Iskari #1) by Kristen Ciccarelli Alex’s 4.5 Blush Review  This book had a lot of my favorite YA Fantasy components: a strong female main-character, magic, star-crossed lovers, a character you can love to hate, and some nice plot-twists.  Asha’s character development from the beginning of the book to the end was fantastic and natural.  I loved reading about her inner turmoil as she made decisions that went against her upbringing.  The book’s major plot-twist had my jaw actually dropping because I did not see it coming at all, which is always a sign of a good story...

Book of the Dead (Gods of Egypt #2) by Nadine Nightingale Nisha They called me Angel of Death, but I am something else. Someone else. That is if you believe the Egyptian desert god, Seth, who haunted my dreams since I can think. Sounds crazy, huh?I, too, thought I was insane. Broken beyond repair. But— When Seth’s followers—the Black Flags—invaded our annual Halloween ball and slaughtered half the town, my nightmares became reality. DUAL REVIEWS ~~ Once Upon Another Time by Jettie Woodruff

Rating: Once Upon Another Time by Jettie Woodruff They say we’re all time travelers in one way or another, and with every passing second, we alter the next second. Time is simply something lost in our own memories. You can’t see it, you can’t touch it, you can’t control it, and you can’t change it. It’s in a place where you can’t right your wrongs. A place where your history is in front of you, and there is nothing you can do about it. You can only move forward to the next second, and you certainly can’t go back. Unless...

Review~~The Queen and the Cure by @aharmon_author

Rating: The Queen and the Cure Amy Harmon There will be a battle, and you will need to protect your heart. Kjell of Jeru had always known who he was. He’d never envied his brother or wanted to be king. He was the bastard son of the late King Zoltev and a servant girl, and the ignominy of his birth had never bothered him. But there is more to a man than his parentage. More to a man than his blade, his size, or his skills, and all that Kjell once knew has shifted and changed. He is no longer...
