Kerry’s review 3.5 blushes
Leave Me is book 2 in the Touch of Death series. It picks right up were book one left off. I was so excited to read it, but I struggled with it. Don’t get me wrong, I have enjoyed each character accept Adelina just really bothered me.
Sasha has feelings for Adelina, and has been struggling with them for some time. He is a trained calculated killer. Adelina has betrayed Sasha in a way he will never forget. Adelina was such a strong character in book one. I was rooting for her but book 2 has me feeling disappointed. She has become weak, has endured physical pain at the hands of Enrique. There were times she could’ve prevented or escaped but instead, stays. Sasha is so much better off without Adelina but will he walk away or will he save Adelina? This is a short book full of action and suspense. This is left with another cliffhanger that has you spinning scenarios.
