#BlogTour #GetTheQB #Review ~~ Wildcat by Max Monroe
The Official #GetTheQB Blog Tour
Blurb:
Wildcat: a football formation in which the ball is snapped, not to the quarterback, but to another player lined up in the quarterback position.
Wild, Cat: a beautiful woman from the sky, who hooked me against the rails, and has me on the ropes. Sweet like honey, with a hint of sass burning behind her pretty brown eyes, she took over my heart without warning.
I’m Quinn Bailey, quarterback for the New York Mavericks.
Sports analysts predicted I’d break records and take my team all the way.
But no one predicted this.
And just like the other team, I never saw it coming.
Disclaimer:

Things it isn’t:

- Short: Prior to reading, prepare yourself for one huge, long, thick…book.
Disclaimer:
Unfortunately, you may not MARRY this book without proper consent from the authors.
Though the idea of a spouse who does nothing but provides you endless laughs for hours at a time, turn you on, make your heart swell, and require nothing but your undivided attention for several hours in return sounds nearly orgasmic, there are laws. And the Fictional Municipality only allows twenty book wives at a time.
Due to high demand for a significant other that encourages you to leave the dishes in the sink, the laundry in the washer, and the vacuum in the closet unattended, we’ve implemented a shift schedule of marital proprietorship. You will be rotated accordingly.

Louisa’s 4.5 Blush Review
Can you just write something already that I don’t love Max Monroe? Like serious, just some stupid, not funny, mean-spirited book that I will loathe?? No – well – ok, just keep writing books I love, that make me laugh, give me swoony, lovable character and has brought me characters I want as my friends.
This sweet man Quinn Bailey just might put my sweet lovable giant Thatch a notch lower on my “favorite book boyfriend” list. He’s so damn sweet and genuine. Like all the boys you have given me in the past. This time you have paired him with beautiful, smart, hard-working Cat.
I read this book in one sitting, one sitting in which I cried, I laughed out loud, swooned and felt a deep connection to both of these characters. This sweet BAMA boy had my heart on page one (just for the fact that he’s a BAMA alum #RollTide), then with each page I turned he made me fall a bit more. He was a bit stalkerish with Cat, and not in the hiding in the closet sneaking a peak to see her!
Of course, the laughs that Max Monroe are known for were there to keep me turning the pages!
“…I silently prayed it was sex. With me. Me and my vagina, Lord, hear our prayer.”
Max Monroe hit a hot topic buttons in this book that couples and young people face every day and they did it with grace.
Another AMAZING book by Max Monroe. Bring on Sean and #PickSix
Side Note: The ESPN reporter Louisa…well I would love to believe I inspired that amazingly important and pivotal character 🙂
I enjoyed reading your review. You made me laugh and want to read it.
