I love reading new authors! This is the debut book by Logan Chance and I foresee a long future of stalking, I mean reading Logan. I found for a debut author to hit the nail on the head as Logan did in this book is pretty impressive!
Admit it, you love the one night stand that eventually becomes your boss book…you do! Who doesn’t love the enemies to lovers story? You know you do!
A one night meeting that comes back to haunt Penny could be the game changer in her life. Theo – the arrogant, hot, new boss doesn’t recognize Penny but nor has he forgotten that one amazing night with Penelope.
These two characters have such a great back and forth banter I couldn’t stop reading. Logan has one dirty mouth and he can get the fire burning in Penny. Their love/hate relationship creates angst which is another bonus to this book. I enjoyed seeing their respect for each other grow as the weeks went on. Working side by side, finding out who each other really was and not just what their perceptions of each other were. They are both well written characters that had you begging for more.
And yes – what good book doesn’t end with a little cliffhanger? This one does and it will have you “following/stalking” Logan on Facebook. If you don’t already follow him on FB – do it now – he’ is always so interactive and fun and I am looking forward to seeing this story continue!!

A debut from a new author! Logan Chance’s writing will capture your attention from the very beginning. It’s on point. The concept of the storyline was well-written. I enjoyed the dual POV, and to see a male author write a female POV so well was impressive.
Theo Sullivan is a new bar owner with a filthy mouth and a bad boy facade. He’s a bit of a nerd, very handsome and he’s affectionate. He’s your perfect book boyfriend. Penelope Mark (Penny) is smart and feisty, and doesn’t hold her tongue even if he’s the boss. They have a love/ hate work relationship that keeps the storyline interesting. They constantly clash, making their story even spicier. The chemistry between them is sizzling. Penelope is one character I enjoyed reading. I loved the way she handles herself. There’s no wimpy heroine here.

Logan Chance enjoys the simple things in life. Star Wars, music, and pretty girls. Always in trouble at school, he was made to copy the dictionary while the others played. This began his word fascination.
With a love of words he then realized he loved stringing those same words together to create stories to inspire all.
From Boston, and relocated to Florida, he lives out his days writing, reading, and avoiding the beach.
Not afraid to tell it how it is, Logan is definitely a man of his own.
