Book Description:
Alayna Withers has only had one kind of relationship: the obsessive, crazy stalker kind. Now that Hudson Pierce has let her into his heart, she’s determined to stay away from her past tendencies and develop their love into more than just amazing sex. At least Hudson is as dedicated to her as she is to him, though she could do without his new found jealousy and need to control everything. To complicate matters, Hudson has his own baggage including a penchant for mind games and a hateful alcoholic mother who’s set on destroying any happiness he might find with Alayna.
Needing insight, Alayna turns to an unlikely source—Celia Werner. Celia’s been in love with Hudson herself and knows how to ride the rocky waves of the emotionally closed-off man. But when Celia’s true motivations behind their friendship are revealed, Hudson’s commitment might not be as solid as Alayna thinks, and even their all-consuming passion for each other isn’t enough to fix their mistrusts. This is the first relationship where Alayna hasn’t spiraled out of control. And she might lose Hudson anyway…

Dawn’s Review 4.5 Stars
Holy, mother what a freakin’ train wreck waiting to happen! I consumed the first book in this series, Fixed on You, in practically one sitting, and Found In You was not much different. This is a continuation of Laynie and Hudson’s story and Laurelin Paige handled weaving in the earlier story into this one so well that I didn’t feel lost at all even with a couple of months in between reading books. (That said, definitely read book #1 first)
Okay, let’s talk Laynie and Hudson. Whew – those two together are hotter than hot! They are both passionate, love intensely and their relationship is explosive! Hudson is possessive, domineering and walks a fine line of manipulation that is completely captivating and addicting. Oh, and did I mention how freaking sexy and intoxicating he is??
“Je suis avec vous. Always, I’m with you, mon precieux.” Ummmm…he could speak French to me ANY DAY!!
Laynie is walking a fine line of secrets and half-truths that have the potential to blow up in her face. She kept making decisions that I wanted to shake her and say ‘what are you thinking?’ but in the next breath I totally got her and why she did what she did! She’s fighting demons and her past but it keeps creeping back in.
There are also many other characters that play significant roles again – Celia, Brian, Hudson’s parents, David, and Mira. Their roles are well-drawn and each interaction with them added that much more to the intensity of the story and the nail-biting I experienced waiting for it all to come crashing down.
Ultimately, this was a sexy and intense story that had me on the edge of my seat wondering when I’d be seeing it all fall apart. And let me just say, holy hell, I can’t wait for Book 3!!!
Abby’s Review: 3.75 stars
Part of me felt like I was watching a train wreck, a really interesting train wreck that I could not take my eyes off of. If I thought Hudson and Alayna were messed up in Fixed On You, they were so much more volatile in Found in You. I was often going back and forth in my head as to which character was more messed up, Alayna or Hudson.
Hudson is still sexy as ever though. The heat and steam between Hudson and Alayna is intense and oh so very hot! As far as how hot this is, it’s off the charts. I mean fan yourself off from all of the steam, hot.
I enjoyed this book, even though a huge part of me is not sure if I like the characters. Part of me wanted to commit both of them and ask the author to please get her characters a healthy dose of meds and long hours on the couch or a padded room. (not sure who needs which) I feel like even though a ton of it hit the fan, that in the next book even more can go up in flames.
I overall am surprised at how fascinated I was by this story. I do think that it has a completely strange way of pulling you in and not wanting you to look away.
About the Author
Laurelin Paige is a sucker for a good romance and gets giddy anytime there’s kissing, much to the embarrassment of her three daughters. Her husband doesn’t seem to complain, however. When she isn’t reading or writing sexy stories, she’s probably singing, watching Mad Men and the Walking Dead, or dreaming of Adam Levine. She is represented by Bob Diforio of D4EO Literary Agency.
